Ashley Monroe

Ashley Monroe hails from America and is a country-music singer/songwriter. In 2007, she had released two singles as well as an album titled Satisfied. She then formed an Pistol Annies group with Angaleena Lambert, Miranda Lambert and Angaleena. The group later debuted her second album, titled Like a Rose. Ashley Monroe singing with Blake Shelton in the year the year 2015. The singer-songwriter released The Blade, an album which brought her great fame. Ashley Monroe holds a position as Assistant Village manager for Riverside Illinois. She has fifteen years' experience working within the public sector including nearly five-year time working in Iowa City. She is currently the Assistant Village manager and holds a wide range of responsibilities which include managing the Community Development and Building Department in charge of grants and special projects. Ashley's role as Riverside's Assistant Village Manager is to support in the day-to-day operations of village services and implement the strategy laid out by elected officials. Prior roles include the municipal planning, budgeting for communications, staff management, collective bargaining as well as focusing on climate action initiatives. Ashley's work with national agencies and work within communities with different populations has given her an understanding of how groups of all sizes function. Ashley's program focuses on leadership, management and public administration from the point of view of a practicing practitioner. She focuses on ethics and strategic decision-making that adapts to today's challenges and opportunities and navigating the inter-governmental and community relations gives context to aspiring and current professionals in public institutions.
